How To Bid
If you have found a property that is the right size for your household and that you would like to be considered for you need to place a bid. A bid is not a financial bid but an expression of interest in a home.
You can place a bid in the following way:
- Using the Bexley HomeChoice web site
Using the Bexley HomeChoice web site
You can use any computer, for example your own or a computer at your local Library. You will need to be a member of your library to do this but it is free to join, you just need to fill out a Library Membership application form and provide proof of ID with your address. You can then take advantage of all of the other services your Libraries offer!
You can use a computer at the Bexley Civic Offices Contact Centre between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm. Please note that computers at the Contact Centre are limited so you may wish to visit your local library instead where more computers may be available. If you are a member of the Library you can book a time slot for a computer at the Library in advance.
You can find the User Guide on how to place bids using the internet here.
