We are experiencing a very high volume of calls and messages from you with questions about our new on-line application process. We will answer your enquiries as quickly as we can but it will take at least 5 working days for us to do this. In the meantime please don't call in again unless it's urgent because this prevents us investigating and responding to the calls we have already received. Existing customers will be able to bid for available property and can now also view and make changes to their housing application for example change of address, letting us know about a birth, etc. by going into their account, using current log in reference and memorable date, then opening and amending their social housing application form and submitting it to us.
New customers can make an on-line application to see if they are eligible to be on our housing register by completing the registration details and then completing a full application form.
