Multi-Factor Authentication

New Security Feature: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

To help keep your Homechoice account secure, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when you log in.

This means that after entering your login details, you will be asked to enter a verification code sent to your registered email address before you can access your account.

Why am I being asked for a verification code when I log in?

We have introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to improve the security of Homechoice accounts. This provides an extra layer of protection for your personal information.

How does it work?

After entering your normal login details, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the code to complete the login process.

Will I need a code every time?

Not necessarily. If you select "Remember this device for 30 days", you will not normally be asked for another verification code on that device for 30 days.

What if I don't receive my code?

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still have not received the code, you can request a new one from the login screen.

How do I update my MFA email address?

Log in to Homechoice and go to My Account > My Security > My Security Settings, then select Change MFA Settings.
