Bexley HomeChoice is a new way of letting Housing Association homes in the Borough. Available Housing Association homes in Bexley are advertised so that those on the Housing and Transfer registers can place bids on homes that are suitable and that they would like to live in.
If you are not currently on the Housing or Transfer Register but would like to apply to Bexley for a home, please select the Forms and Information Section on the left and download an Application Form or use the Contact Form option above to request a paper copy of the form and this will be sent to you.
Please note, there are far more people looking for Housing Association homes in Bexley than we can help so you might like to consider the alternatives to waiting for a Housing Association home. Please see the Housing Options section for more information on choices available to you.
The bidding cycle runs from midnight Wednesday night/Thursday morning and closes at 11.59pm on a Monday. You can place up to 5 bids for suitable homes in this time. Don't forget, you should only bid on homes that you would like to live in, you do not have to use all 5 bids every week.
See the latest newsletter with details of homes available here.
A copy of the weekly newsletter will be displayed in all Bexley Libraries and members are able to use Library computers to view available homes and place bids. Information about your local Library with opening times, locations, all Library services and details of how to join can be found here.
If you need assistance in using Bexley HomeChoice, please see the Forms and Information section for easy to read user guides. If you still require assistance please contact the Bexley Allocations Service. You can see how by selecting the How to Contact Us section.
