Bexley HomeChoice Housing Application Form

If you would like to apply to the London Borough of Bexley for housing you will need to complete the application form in full and send this with all of the appropriate documents requested to:

CDS Co-operatives

One of the Housing Associations providing homes in Bexley, CDS Co-operatives, has special rules that people bidding for their homes will need to be aware of. A co-operative is where the tenants own and manage the homes on the estate. Everyone who accepts a tenancy of a co-operative property must also become a member and take part in the running of the co-operative. If you are considering placing a bid for a home with CDS Co-operatives you should take a look at the information here before bidding.
